How to place an order
You have different options: you can select the products you desire on our online shop, place your order through e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), by phone (93 211 23 42) or visit any of our stores in Barcelona.
We are at your disposal, both at the Camarasa stores and on the phone, Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM. If you want to place an order or a request at later time, you can do it on this website or by e-mail.
To guarantee their arrival in optimal aspect, flavour and firmness conditions, we only deliver the fresh products, cooked dishes and gourmet trays in the Barcelona area. Regarding the rest of the products, you can receive them wherever you wish. If you prefer it, you can also place your order on-line, by e-mail or phone and come pick it at any of our stores.
We are your gourmet assistants, if you desire something that you can’t find in our stores or does not appear in our usual services, contact us and we will do everything in our power to offer you what you are looking for.
Returns & Exchanges
We will take care of every detail so you receive exactly what you were expecting but, even in this case, if you wish to return or exchange something, please contact us directly so we can take care of your case in person.
