Sliced squash. At Camarasa Fruits we use the best quality squashes, which we choose through a direct, highly selective process, in order to make this sliced squash. Once they arrive at our work station, we peel, slice into cubes and pack them so you can enjoy the exquisite flavour and all their healthy attributes in the most comfortable manner.
The sliced squash you will receive will have been prepared the same day your order is sent out.
Storage tips: Keep the product refrigerated at a maximum temperature of 4 °C.
Presentation suggestions: We recommend cooking the sliced squash with steam or boiled in water for 20 minutes, alone or with a bit of onion and leek. Once it’s cooked, you can blend it to make a cream or serve it as a garnish. It’s also perfect to prepare various recipes or add to your soups.
