Artichoke hearts. At Camarasa Fruits we use the best quality artichokes, which we choose through a direct, highly selective process, in order to prepare these artichoke hearts. Once they arrive at our work station, we separate the hearts, clean them, slice them in half and vacuum-seal them so you can enjoy the exquisite flavour and all their healthy attributes in the most comfortable manner.
The artichoke hearts you will receive will have been prepared the same day your order is sent out.
Storage tips: Keep the product refrigerated at a maximum temperature of 4 °C.
Presentation suggestions: We recommend frying the artichoke hearts in olive oil at very low temperature for 20 minutes, steam-cooking or boiling them. You can use them as garnish or add them to various dishes such as risottos, artichoke creams, etc.
