This tuna comes exclusively from the Atlantic Ocean, specifically from the Barbate area, and is caught during the months of April and June following the traditional technique of Almadraba. In the pack you will also find a satchel with Hale Môn salt, ideal for seasoning this wild red tuna belly.
Storage tips: Store at room temperature. Once open, the content can be stored in the fridge in its oil and consumed within 2 days.
Presentation suggestions: We recommend serving the wild red tuna belly in olive oil Don Bocarte raw and at room temperature, or slightly refrigerated, in its own oil and covered with the salt flakes you will find in the satchel. You can also accompany it with freshly chopped chives or garnish it with sesame seeds, for example.
