Boiled octopus Don Bocarte. This octopus has been fished in the Galician Rias. In the package you will find the octopus tentacles perfectly cooked and preserved in their own juice in order for the texture and flavours to be as perfect as if they were freshly cooked right before serving them.
Storage tips: Store in the fridge at a maximum temperature of 5 ºC. Once open, keep the content refrigerated in a hermetic container for a maximum of 3 days.
Presentation suggestions: We recommend serving the Boiled octopus Don Bocarte previously warmed, “bain-marie” method, in its own packaging for about 5 minutes. You can also slightly grill it with a bit of olive oil or serve it with sliced boiled potatoes and paprika or with potato puré, for example.
