Pre-sliced smoked salmon Carpier. This loin comes exclusively from Norwegian farm salmons that weight more than 12 kg. Carpier prepares all its products in an artisanal manner, extracting all the bones manually during the slicing process. For their preparation, the Norwegian salmon loins are cold smoked with special Mediterranean pine cones, which gives the salmon an extraordinary taste. Once smoked, this salmon is sliced by hand to, later, be vacuum packed.
Storage tips: Refrigerate between 1 and 3 °C. Once open, keep the package inside a hermetic container for a maximum of 5 days.
Presentation suggestions: We recommend serving the pre-sliced smoked salmon Carpier slightly cold. You can also accompany it with freshly chopped chives or garnish it with sesame seeds, for example.
