    Description

    White clams from the Galician Rias Espinaler Premium. These clams, in their own juice, come exclusively from the Galician Rias, specifically from Santa Eugenia de Ribeira, and are caught between the months of October and December. The Espinaler’s premium range is created with the best clams of the catch, which guarantees an excellent quality.

     

    Storage tips: Store at room temperature in a dry and cool place. Once open, consume immediately.   

    Presentation suggestions: We recommend serving the white clams from the Galician Rias Espinaler Premium at room temperature and in their own juice, with a bit of lemon squeeze and a touch of pepper or spicy sauce, for example.
