Smoked salmon loin with dill and truffle Carpier. This loin comes exclusively from Norwegian farm salmons weighting more than 12 kg. Carpier prepares all of its products in an artisanal manner, extracting all the bones manually during the slicing process. To create this product, only the parts from the upper area of the loin and belly are selected. Afterwards, the Norwegian salmon loins are cold smoked using special Mediterranean pine cones, which gives the salmon an extraordinary taste. Once smoked, the salmon is marinated in dill, truffle oil and lemon juice to, later, be vacuum packed.
Storage tips: Refrigerate between 1 and 3 °C. Once open, keep the packaging inside a hermetic container for a maximum of 5 days.
Presentation suggestions: We recommend serving the smoked salmon loin with dill and truffle Carpier slightly cold and sliced in wide strips or dices. You can also accompany it with an avocado cream or a bit of fresh dill, for example.
