Marinated anchovies L’Anxoveta. These anchovies have been made using an entirely manual process, from cleaning to marinating them in high-quality vinegar, salt and water. The marinated anchovies L’Anxoveta lack any kind of additives in order to keep their original taste and guarantee an excellent product. In addition, they have been frozen for a minimum of 48 hours before being prepared, to guarantee the elimination of the anisakis parasite.
Storage tips: Store in the fridge between 2 and 6 ºC. Once open, the content can be refrigerated, with the anchovies covered in their own oil, for a maximum of one month.
Presentation suggestions: We recommend serving the marinated anchovies L’Anxoveta slightly cold, drained and with a bit of freshly-ground pepper and extra virgin olive oil. You can also accompany them with finely chopped garlic and parsley, for example.
