The Catanies Dark Cudié are 70% cocoa dark chocolate bonbons. The Catania is a bonbon made of a Marcona almond caramelized with chocolate gianduja. They are an original creation of master chocolatier Josep Cudié, dating back to 1946 and which has become a gastronomic symbol of the Mediterranean and an indispensable sweet in Catalan confectionery.
