This salad, of tropical inspiration and very fresh flavours, is made with chicken cooked at low temperature with coconut milk and curry, citrus, tropical fruits, seeds and dehydrated coconut. On the back of the packaging you will find a coconut milk and turmeric vinaigrette so you can season the Maldives salad right before eating it.
