“Escalivada”: baked red pepper and eggplant. At Camarasa Fruits we use the best quality vegetables, which we choose through a direct, highly selective process, in order to make this “escalivada”. Once they arrive at our work station, we clean, bake, peel, slice and pack them so you can enjoy the exquisite flavour and all their healthy attributes in the most comfortable manner.
The “escalivada” you will receive will have been prepared the same day your order is sent out.
Storage tips: Keep the product refrigerated at a maximum temperature of 4 °C.
Presentation suggestions: We recommend serving the “escalivada” slightly refrigerated or at room temperature, seasoned with a bit of olive oil and salt. You can also accompany it with canned tuna belly and boiled egg, for example.
